2. Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing
- For projects exceeding €500, a 50% deposit is required before work commences
- Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest charge on the outstanding balance
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe payment link
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered content are transferred to the client. wordprimehub retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolio materials unless the client objects in writing prior to project completion.
4. Project Timelines
Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and begin from the date of project kickoff (deposit receipt or signed agreement). Delays caused by the client in providing required materials, feedback, or approvals will extend the delivery timeline proportionally.
5. Revisions
Each service package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at €50 per revision. Revision requests must be provided in writing within 7 days of deliverable receipt.
6. Limitation of Liability
wordprimehub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bergamo, Italy.

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which wordprimehub may issue refunds for services provided.
1. General Policy
All sales of digital content and copywriting services are considered final upon delivery. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will address legitimate concerns on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Work has not commenced and cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment
- The delivered work materially deviates from the agreed specifications and cannot be resolved through revisions
- Duplicate payment has been made in error
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed and delivered work that meets the agreed specifications
- Work-in-progress after the project has been active for more than 48 hours
- Custom or bespoke content created based on client briefs
- Services where the client has failed to provide required materials or feedback within 14 days
